Waldium is the AI-native content automation platform backed by Y Combinator. We help SaaS companies, startups, and agencies win visibility in the AI age by making their content discoverable, trusted, and cited by systems like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.

The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Intern to join our early team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear multiple hats: from building prospect lists and running outreach to onboarding new customers and supporting our startups program. You’ll work directly with the founders, get exposure to every part of go-to-market, and learn what it takes to grow a YC-backed startup from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and build prospect lists for potential customers
  • Run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) and track responses
  • Join intro calls and support customer meetings
  • Help onboard new customers and make sure they’re successful
  • Nurture relationships in Waldium’s Startups Program
  • Experiment with different growth tactics and report on what works

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in startups, AI, and growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to hustle
  • Organized and reliable with follow-ups and task management
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer success is a plus but not required

About the interview

Interview Process
We keep things simple. Instead of a long interview loop, we run a two-week paid trial. You’ll work directly with us on real growth tasks — building prospect lists, running outreach, and helping onboard customers. This lets you see what it’s like to work at Waldium, and lets us see how you operate in a fast-moving startup environment. At the end of the trial, we’ll make a decision on whether to continue.
