The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Frontend Engineer to join our core team in Bangalore. You won't just be moving pixels; you will own the entire user experience. You will be building complex, data-heavy dashboards that need to feel instantaneous.

What you will do:

• Own the Architecture: Build and maintain the frontend architecture from the ground up using React/Next.js.
• Handle Real-time Data: Implement WebSockets/streaming to handle high-frequency updates without freezing the UI.
• Component Systems: Build reusable, pixel-perfect component libraries (we value aesthetics and UX deeply).
• Ship Fast: We deploy multiple times a day. You will take features from Figma to Production in hours, not weeks.

The Stack

• Core: React, TypeScript, Next.js
• Styling: Tailwind CSS (or styled-components)
• State: Zustand / Redux / React Query
• Data: WebSockets, REST APIs, GraphQL
• Tools: Vercel, Git

Who you are

• You love TypeScript. You know the difference between any and unknown and you hate runtime errors.
• You have product sense. You don't wait for a PM to tell you that a button looks wrong. You fix it because you care about the user.
• You understand performance. You know how to optimize renders, manage large datasets, and keep the TTI (Time to Interactive) low.
• You are a builder. You have side projects, a GitHub history, or a portfolio that shows you enjoy coding even when you aren't being paid for it.
