The Role & Why We’re Hiring

As SkyLink expands across large enterprise customers, implementations are no longer one-size-fits-all. Each customer operates within a unique travel environment—different regions, GDSs, TMC partners, backend systems, policies, and success criteria—which requires thoughtful configuration, sequencing, and ongoing optimization.

We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to own this intersection of customer delivery and product development. This role focuses on guiding enterprise deployments end-to-end: partnering closely with customer stakeholders to understand operational requirements, translating those needs into clear technical and product specifications, and working directly with engineering to ensure successful rollout and long-term adoption.

This is a hybrid role spanning product management and account ownership, designed for someone who enjoys operating close to customers while shaping scalable platform capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Own implementation, pilot, and rollout success – Serve as the product owner for customer onboarding/implementation, coordinating across stakeholders and ensuring a smooth pilot & rollout.
• Manage customer relationships – Act as the trusted product and technical advisor for client IT and travel teams, building confidence and providing regular updates.
• Translate needs into action – Turn customer requirements into clear product specs, tickets, and release plans so engineers have the detail they need to execute. Work with engineers day to day and ensure requirements fit into a larger product roadmap. Think hard about success criteria and the product and make necessary updates to reach those success criteria.
• Monitor and analyze product usage - Read and understand SkyLink user conversations within the context of the specific customer and make informed data driven decisions to improve the product. Be comfortable with SQL, Cursor, and basic data modeling. Be involved with many parts of the product experience with ownership over a few product surface areas.

You Will Be a Fit If You

• Have 3+ years in product/account management
• Can work with enterprise customers and turn their needs/environments into structured product and feature plans
• Are comfortable collaborating with engineers and and external customer stakeholders.
• Bring technical fluency—you might not write production code, but you can read Python (or use Cursor), write SQL, and navigate technical discussions.
• Are energized by problem-solving, customer relationships, and reaching success criteria
