About the role
Coval is the testing platform for AI agents. We've raised $3.3M, 10x'd revenue in 2 months, and need a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us build the infrastructure for the agentic future. We are looking for a high agency and ai-enthusiastic frontend engineer to join our founding team!

The Role
You'll be a core early team member, directly shaping our product and owning frontend decisions that drive growth.
- Work directly with customers—onboard them, understand their needs, and turn feedback into product decisions
- Thrive in ambiguity: build features with minimal specs, make UX calls on the fly, and figure things out as you go
- Take full ownership—this should feel like your product
- Balance speed with vision—ship fast without losing sight of where we're headed
What You'll Need
- Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Strong frontend architecture skills and a track record building complex web apps
- A keen design eye and passion for exceptional UX
- Prior startup experience
- Ability to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Bonus: Strong intuition for what LLMs can do today and where they're headed
- Bonus: You care deeply about developer experience

About the interview
We move fast and keep it simple. You'll start with a 30-min screen, then a technical deep dive where we discuss your past work and how you approach building UIs. After that, you'll meet the team to talk culture and vision, followed by a founder chat about the big picture. If we're both excited, we'll do a 1-7 day paid work trial where you'll tackle real problems alongside the team—the best way to see if it's the right fit. We aim to go from first call to offer in 1-2 weeks.
