Founding Operations

The role

• You are the human in the loop, responsible for reviewing and correcting all deliverables to customers.
• You will hire, train, and manage virtual admins as necessary to help you with your work.
• You will build processes and automations to speed up your work and the work of your team. You’ll work closely with engineering on automation projects.
• You will help onboard new customers.
• You will be the backstop for our customers’ trickiest problems.

About you

• No knowledge of dental billing necessary, but you will have to learn quickly.
• Systems in insurance are often designed to be inscrutable. Your job is to figure them out by any means necessary.
• Allergic to schlep work. Whether we succeed or fail will be determined by how completely we automate our work.
• You want to work on something really useful. You would hate building something that sounds cool but isn’t useful.
