The Role
We’re looking for an Marketing Manager who knows how to shape culture, drive massive awareness, and build global creator ecosystems. Someone who has scaled influencer engines at B2C giants or global consumer brands.
This is an execution-heavy, numbers-driven role for someone who’s managed large influencer programs, built relationships at scale, closed high-impact collaborations, and led high-performing teams. You’ll own all influencer marketing globally for Emergent and make Emergent a household name among creators, builders, and consumers globally.
What You’ll Do
Build and scale Emergent’s influencer marketing strategy globally and own end-to-end execution, outreach, negotiations, contracts, content approvals, KPIs, and reporting.
Develop always-on creator programs, ambassador networks, and long-term partnership models.
Lead a high-velocity team of 15+ across influencer scouting, outreach, operations, and campaign management.
Grow our presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and creator platforms.
Partner with large creators, agencies, talent managers, and MCNs to run high-impact collaborations.
Drive measurable outcomes such as installs, traffic, revenue, branded search, and social growth.
Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Social to build cross-channel campaigns amplified through creators.
Build global influencer pipelines, competitive benchmarks, cost-efficiency models, and scalable processes.
Maintain a strong pulse on culture, trends, and creator movements and turn them into opportunities.
Who You Are
8–10 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social growth roles at fast-scaling B2C companies.
Deep hands-on experience managing large influencer funnels from micro and mid-tier to top creators.
Proven success running high-volume influencer campaigns with aggressive targets and tight timelines.
Strong relationships within India’s creator ecosystem; and global exposure.
A hardcore executor, fast, structured, and obsessed with outcomes with a strong analytical mindset .
Experience managing large teams (10–20 people) with clear performance processes and coaching systems.
Deep understanding of social platforms, creator dynamics, cultural trends, and what makes content work.
